摘要
为了加快根茎类药材采收业的发展,系统梳理根茎类药材收获机械的研究情况,着重论述了根茎类药材收获机械的药土分离机构研究现状及药土分类机构类型,主要包括杆条式升运链式根茎类药材收获机、振动带式根茎类药材收获机、筛式根茎类药材收获机等。从药土分离机构的分离方式及其适用的药材种类或特点,系统地分析和归纳了目前市面上根茎药材收获机药土分离机构的研究现状,指出了根茎药材收获机客观上存在的一些缺陷。与此同时,本研究提示了根茎类药材收获机药土分离机构的研究关键点及前进方向,为根茎类药材药土分离机构的发展和应用提供了理论依据和技术参考。
In order to accelerate the development of the rhizome medicinal herb harvesting industry,and systematically sort out the research situation of rhizome medicinal herb harvesting machinery,this paper focuses on stating the research status of herb-soil separation mechanisms of rhizome medicinal herb harvesting machinery and the classification of herb-soil separation mechanisms,mainly including rod-type and lifting chain-type rhizome medicinal herb harvesters,vibrating belt-type rhizome medicinal herb harvesters and sieve-type rhizome medicinal herb harvesters.Based on theseparation methods of herb-soil separation mechanisms and the types and characteristics of the herbs they apply to,the current situation of the herb-soil separation mechanisms of rhizome medicinal herb harvesters on the market was systematically analyzed and deducted,with some defects of rhizome medicinal herb harvesters pointed out objectively.At the same time,the key points and the direction of the research on the herb-soil separation mechanisms of rhizome medicinal herb harvesters were proposed,providing theoretical basis and technical reference for the development and application of the herb-soil separation mechanisms of rhizome medicinal herb harvesters.
