新工科背景下智能运维与健康管理课程教学探索 被引量:1

摘要 智能运维与健康管理是高等学校智能制造工程这个新工科专业的一门专业必修课,该课程具有涉及技术先进、多学科交叉、综合性强等特点。文章首先分析传统机械类专业的生产运维相关课程目前存在的问题,然后结合智能制造工程专业的新需求,提出智能运维与健康管理课程教学的改进措施为时事式案例教学、创新型项目、探讨式学习与考核方式综合化,旨在满足新工科专业的课程建设需求,为制造行业提供智能化应用型人才。 Intelligent Maintenance and Health Management is one of the compulsory courses for the students majored in intelligent manufacturing engineering which is an emerging engineering major.The course is characterized by technological advancement,multidisciplinary crossing and strong comprehensiveness.Firstly,the existing issues in the traditional courses related to production operation and management in mechanical engineering majors are analyzed.Then,combined with the requirements of intelligent manufacturing engineering major,several reform measures are proposed for the teaching method of intelligent maintenance and health management course,i.e.,teaching with hot topics,innovative project,exploratory learning and comprehensive assessment methods.The strategies can be useful for meeting the requirements of course construction for the new major,and cultivating smart applied talents for manufacturing industry.
