摘要 新工科背景下食品专业要培养适合社会需求的人才,就要把握行业人才需求方向,基于产教融合、协同育人构建“食品分析与检验”课程群,对主要专业主干课程的教学改革、考试改革,充分考虑企业对食品专业人才的需求,新建企业特色课程,改革使得学生对课程的内容有了更深刻的认知,也为其后续参加相关工作奠定基础,同时为“食品分析与检验”课程群建设提供借鉴。 Under the background of new engineering,in order to cultivate talents suitable for the needs of the society,it is necessary to grasp the direction of the demand for talents in the industry,build Food Analysis and Inspection curriculum group based on the integration of production and education,reform the teaching and examination of the main professional courses,fully consider the needs of enterprises for food professionals,and build new enterprise characteristic courses.After the re-form,on the one hand,students have a deeper understanding of the content of the course,but also lay the foundation for their subsequent participation in related work,and provide some reference for the construction of Food Analysis and Inspection course group.
