大直径盾构机管片真空吸盘系统设计应用 被引量:3

摘要 国家城市群建设过程会面临严重交通问题,隧道施工用盾构机则是缓解交通拥堵的有效利器。作为盾构机核心部件,真空吸盘系统其作用举足轻重,而当前所用真空吸盘系统较多依赖进口。为实现该设备高度自主可控,本文深入分析管片真空吸盘系统结构组成及工作原理,结合实际工程项目需求,设计出管片真空吸盘机械系统与电控系统,并最终完成管片吸盘系统硬件安装、软件调试及与拼装机系统的现场联调。结果表明:所设计管片真空吸盘系统能顺利完成预定功能动作,具有操作简便、运行平稳、安全可靠的优点,可以满足大直径盾构机管片拼装工程需求。 The construction of national urban agglomerations will face serious traffic problems.The tunnel boring machine(TBM)for tunnel construction is an effective tool to alleviate traffic congestion.As the core component of the TBM,vacuum sucker system plays an important role.However,the current vacuum sucker system is more dependent on imports.In order to realize the high self-control of the equipment,this paper deeply analyzes the structural composition and working principle of the vacuum sucker system of the segment assembler;combined with the actual project requirements,the mechanical system and electric control system of segment vacuum sucker are designed.Finally,the hardware installation,software debugging and field joint debugging of segment sucker system are completed.The results show that:the designed segment vacuum sucker system can successfully complete the scheduled function action,which has the advantages of simple operation,stable operation,safety and reliability,and can meet the engineering requirements of segment assembly of large diameter TBM.
