摘要
随着我国高速铁路、城际铁路快速发展,全路动车组配属数量不断增加,动车组进入高级修的高峰也随之而来,既有动车段高级修能力趋于饱和,为社会检修力量进入动车组高级修领域带来良好机遇。常州高新技术产业开发区属于国务院正式批复的苏南国家自主创新示范区,为常州市轨道交通行业发展转型提供了较好的政策支撑和配套产业链支撑。通过对上海局及华东地区延伸范围内的动车组高级修进行深入细致分析,为在常州市戚墅堰轨道交通产业园建设动车检修基地的必要性和可行性提供合理可靠的技术支撑。
With the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway and intercity railway,the number of EMU is increasing,and the high-level maintenance peak of EMU is also arriving.The high-level maintenance capacity of the existing EMU maintenance bases tends to saturation,giving a good opportunity for the social maintenance force into this field.Changzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone belongs to south Jiangsu National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone officially approved by the State Council,which provides good policy support and industrial chain support for the development and transformation of Changzhou rail transit industry.The EMU high-level maintenance demand of Shanghai Railway Bureau and the extended scope of east China is deeply analyzed,providing a reasonable and reliable technical support for the necessity and feasibility of constructing EMU maintenance base in Changzhou Qishuyan rail transit industrial park.
