文章介绍了长柄扁桃苗木在组培快繁中的玻璃化进程,总结了有关玻璃化苗产生的原因,并针对性提出一些预防性措施,为长柄扁桃组培快繁育苗产业提供技术参考。
This paper introduces the vitrification process of Prunus pedunculata Pall.seedlings in tissue culture and rapid propaga‐tion,summarizes the causes of vitrification seedlings,and puts forward some preventive measures,to provide technical reference for Prunus pedunculata Pall.tissue culture and rapid propagation seedling industry.
