摘要
阿里创新中心·智汇谷产业基地一期S1#楼为商业综合体,建筑造型新颖,结构采用从两边柱出挑钢桁架并在桁架的端部设置边桁架,形成多层钢悬挂桁架结构。该工程属于体型复杂、结构布置复杂的高层民用建筑。文章对该建筑进行了一系列的分析计算,主要涉及整体指标计算、钢管混凝土柱及悬挑桁架的应力计算、大跨度楼盖的舒适度验算、多层悬挂结构施工仿真模拟分析等。并总结多层钢悬挂桁架结构的传力路径,旨在保证设计、施工、使用阶段的可靠性,研究成果可为类似工程提供技术支持。
The S1# building of the first phase of Aliyun Innovation Centre·Zhihuigu Industrial Base is a commercial complex with novel architectural form. The structure adopts the steel trusses protruding from both sides of columns and fringe trusses set at the end of the trusses to form a multi-storey steel suspension truss structure. The project is a high-rise civil building with complex shape and complex structural arrangement. In this paper, a series of analysis and calculation are carried out on the building, mainly involving the calculation of overall index, the stress calculation of concrete filled steel tubular columns and cantilever trusses, the comfort calculation of large-span floor, and the construction simulation analysis of multi-storey suspension structure.The force transmission path of multi-story steel suspension truss structure is summarized to ensure the reliability of the design, construction and use stages. The research results can provide technical support for similar projects.
