摘要
采用溶胶凝胶一步法制备巯基功能化的SiO_(2)微球,利用压片法将SiO_(2)微球修饰在泡沫镍表面,制备SiO_(2)@NF电化学传感器,利用Ag^(+)与巯基的螯合作用对水中的Ag^(+)进行检测.通过差分脉冲伏安法对SiO_(2)@NF的电化学性能进行检测和条件优化.结果表明,制备的SiO_(2)微球大小均一、成球率高,可牢固地负载在泡沫镍表面.在最佳条件下使用差分脉冲伏安法对Ag^(+)进行电化学检测,测定的线性范围为1~300μmol·L^(-1),检测限为0.87μmol·L^(-1),在实际水样的检测中也取得了较好的结果.
In one-pot,the thiol-functionalized SiO_(2)micro-spheres were prepared by a sol-gel method,and the SiO_(2)microspheres were modified on the surface of nickel foam by the tableting method to prepare a SiO_(2)@NF electrochemical sensor test.The electrochemical properties of SiO_(2)@NF were detected and optimized by differential pulse voltammetry.The results show that the prepared SiO_(2)microspheres are uniform in size and high in sphere formation rate,and can be firmly supported on the surface of nickel foam.Differential pulse voltammetry was used for electrochemical detection of Ag^(+) under optimal conditions.The linear range of the determination was 1~300μmol/L,and the detection limit was 0.87μmol/L.It was also used in the detection of actual water samples,better results were obtained.
