摘要
电力电子器件广泛应用于功率变换系统中,其快速关断产生的电磁干扰可影响整个变换系统的工作性能和效率,因此对功率变换系统进行电磁兼容建模分析和抑制研究十分必要。本文系统阐述功率变换电路的电磁兼容现象,分别从传导干扰、近场耦合和辐射干扰三种干扰类型总结电磁干扰的建模方法及其相关关键技术,综述电磁干扰抑制方法的研究现状,归纳现有建模方法和抑制方法的优势与瓶颈,为功率变换系统电磁干扰建模方法与抑制方法的进一步研究和应用提供参考。
The power electronic devices are widely used in power conversion systems.The electromagnetic interference generated by the fast turn-off can affect the performance and efficiency of the entire conversion system,so it is necessary to research the electromagnetic compatibility analysis and suppression method of the power conversion system.Therefore,the electromagnetic compatibility phenomenon of power conversion circuits is studied systematically in this article.The electromagnetic interference modeling method and related key technologies about the conducted interference,the near-field coupling and the radiation interference are introduced.The theory and research status of electromagnetic interference suppression methods are reviewed,and the advantages and bottlenecks of the existing modeling methods and suppression methods are summarized.Therefore,this review could provide guidlines to further research and application of electromagnetic interference modeling and suppression method of power conversion system.
