摘要
电力业务通信网络发生安全事件的可能性值、风险值和影响值时的误差高于0.02时,存在评估准确率低的问题。提出基于QS-KMS的电力业务通信网络安全性评估方法,在QS-KMS的基础上实现电网的安全通信。选取网络可靠性、网络抗毁性、网络适应性和网络自愈性作为电力业务通信网络安全性评估指标,结合层次分析法和熵权法计算评估指标对应的权重,通过多属性决策方法实现电力业务通信网络的安全性评估。实验结果表明,所提方法可准确地评估电力业务通信网络发生安全事件的可能性值、风险值和影响值,评估结果准确率较高。
When the error of probability value,risk value and influence value of security incidents in power communication network is higher than 0.02,there is a problem of low accuracy.This paper proposes a security evaluation method of power business communication network based on qs-kms,and realizes the security communication of power grid on the basis of qs-kms.Network reliability,network invulnerability,network adaptability and network self-healing are selected as security evaluation indexes of power business communication network.The corresponding weight of evaluation indexes is calculated with AHP and entropy weight method,and the security evaluation of power business communication network is realized by multi-attribute decision-making method.Experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately evaluate the probability value,risk value and impact value of security incidents in power communication network,and the accuracy of the evaluation results is high.
