摘要
为了获取偏压荷载作用下螺栓节点的理论简化和计算方法,对螺栓连接的梁式反力系统进行了静载试验、理论计算和有限元分析。通过理论计算和有限元分析,对反力梁不规则变截面进行截面等效简化,提出了钢结构反力梁的结构组合系数,能够快速准确地计算不规则变截面梁的惯性矩。基于此,采用试验和理论计算,解决了螺栓节点的理论简化和计算方法问题。结果表明:在理论计算中,将螺栓节点简化为固定支座,引入修正系数,对理论结果进行修正,能够很好地反映出反力梁的实际挠度变形,其修正系数可为后续螺栓连接的设计者提供参考。
In order to obtain the theoretical simplified and calculation method of bolted joints under eccentric load,the static load test,theoretical calculation and finite element analysis of bolted beam reaction system were carried out.Through theoretical calculation and finite element analysis,the irregular variable section of reaction beam was equivalent simplified,and the structural combination coefficient of steel structure reaction beam was proposed,which could quickly and accurately calculate the moment of inertia of irregular variable section beam.Based on this,the theoretical simplification and calculation method of bolted joints were solved by test and theoretical calculation.The results show that in the theoretical calculation,the bolted joint is simplified to a fixed support,and the correction coefficient is introduced to correct the theoretical results,which can well reflect the actual deflection deformation of the reaction beam,and its correction coefficient can provide a reference for the subsequent designers of bolt connection.
