摘要
电力电子变换器通过功率和数据信息复合调制,使其在电能变换传输的同时实现数据信息的传输,达成了能量信息的一体化,极大地促进了电力电子装置的数字化和智能化。为进一步提升变换器能量信息一体化中的通信速率,该文针对交错并联DC-DC变换器的电路结构,提出基于多进制正交幅度调制(MQAM)的能量信息一体化技术。首先介绍基于MQAM的交错并联变换器能量信息一体化的原理;其次建立变换器传输电能和信息的数学模型并进行分析;然后提出适合电力电子变换器的基于MQAM的能量信息一体化实现方法,使其在负载变化工况下仍能进行信息的传输;最后通过一台交错并联的5V/10V Boost变换器完成技术的验证。该技术在电能可靠变换传输的条件下,大幅提升了通信速率,可作为电力电子变换器实现高水平能量信息一体化的参考。
The power electronic converters realize the transmission of data information while converting and transmitting power through the compound modulation of power and data information,and achieve the power information integration,which greatly promotes the digitization and intelligence of power electronic devices.In order to further improve the communication rate in the power information integration of converters,this paper proposes a power information integration technology based on Multiple Quadrature Amplitude Modulation(MQAM)for the circuit structure of interleaved parallel DC-DC converters.First,the principle of power information integration of interleaved parallel converters based on MQAM was introduced.Then the mathematical model of the converter's transmission of power and information was established and analyzed.Furthermore,animplementation method of the MQAM-based power information integration suitable for converters was proposed,so that the converters can still transmit information under load change conditions.Finally,an interleaved parallel 5V/10V boost converter verified the proposed technology.Under the condition of reliable conversion and transmission of power,this technology greatly increases the communication rate.It can be used as a reference for power electronic converters to achieve high-level power information integration.
