摘要
分析冀中能源葛泉矿陷落柱的发育特性,利用平面及垂向上布置的钻孔对陷落柱底板进行多方位、立体式注浆加固,使陷落柱底板形成一个有效的立体隔水段,从而防止回采过程中底板出水,以达到安全回采的目的。在此基础上,结合陷落柱的发育范围,对比分析陷落柱推采方案与搬家方案的成本支出及收益效果,最终采用较合理的开采方法,以避免资源浪费,提高煤炭资源利用率。
The development characteristics of collapse column in Gequan Mine of Jizhong Energy were analyzed.The plane and vertical boreholes were used to carry out multi-directional and three-dimensional grouting reinforcement on the bottom plate of collapse column,so as to form an effective three-dimensional waterproof section of the bottom plate of collapse column to prevent the water from the bottom plate in the mining process and achieve the purpose of safe mining.On this basis,combined with the development range of the collapse column,the cost expenditure and income effect of the collapse column push mining scheme and the relocation scheme were compared and analyzed.Finally,a more reasonable mining method was adopted to avoid waste of resources and improve the utilization rate of coal resources.
