摘要
为解决夏店煤矿安全监测监控系统采用单链路串联方式进行监测数据传输时存在传输易中断、传输速度慢、系统稳定性差等问题,按照国家煤矿安监局及行业主管部门制定下发的相关规定标准及技术要求,对该矿安全监控系统链路环网传输模式进行升级改造,将单链路传输模式升级改造为双链路冗余环网连接传输模式,并对应用效果进行分析,现场应用结果表明:系统改造后,实现了监测数据传输的连续稳定性,且系统抗干扰能力明显增强,为矿井安全生产提供了有力保障。
In order to solve the problems of easy interruption,slow transmission speed and poor system stability when the single link series mode for monitoring data transmission was adopted in the safety monitoring system of a mine,the link ring network transmission mode of the safety monitoring system of the mine was upgraded according to the relevant regulations,standards and technical requirements formulated and issued by the State Administration of coal mine safety and the competent department of the industry.The single link transmission mode was upgraded to the dual link redundant ring network connection transmission mode,and the application effect was analyzed.The field application results showed that after the system transformation,the continuous stability of monitoring data transmission was realized,and the anti-interference ability of the system was significantly enhanced,which provided a strong guarantee for mine safety production.
