摘要
为研究塔山煤矿高强度开采条件下瓦斯高涌出问题,对大同矿区塔山煤矿实施地面L型钻井工程,L型井采用三开井身结构,一开采用φ444.5 mm钻头钻至基岩面下60 m,下入φ339.7 mm×9.65 mm表层套管固井;二开采用φ216 mm钻头导向,φ311 mm钻头钻至480 m,下入φ244.5 mm×8.94 mm技术套管后固井候凝;三开采用φ216 mm钻头钻至靶点866 m完钻,下入φ168.28 mm×8.94 mm技术套管。该成果可为同煤集团矿井大采高综放工作面瓦斯治理探索新的途径。
In order to study the problem of high gas emission under the condition of high strength mining in Tashan Coal Mine,the ground L-type drilling project was carried out in Tashan Coal Mine of Datong Mining Area.The L-type well adopts three-hole body structure.In the first operation,theφ444.5 mm drill bit was drilled to 60 m below the bedrock surface,and theφ339.7 mm×9.65 mm surface casing was cemented.The second opening is guided byφ216 mm drill bit,theφ311 mm drill bit is drilled to 480 m,and theφ244.5 mm×8.94 mm technical casing is used for cementing.Theφ216 mm bit was drilled to the target 866 m,and theφ168.28 mm×8.94 mm technical casing was drilled.The results can explore new ways for gas control in fully mechanized caving face with large mining height in Datong Coal Mine Group.
