摘要
电网企业安全生产工作任务繁重,人身安全风险高。通过对历年人身事故的总结,提出了从规范管理、文化建设、科技应用三个方面综合考虑,构建以人为本的人身安全立体防线。
Power grid enterprises feature heavy work tasks of safety production and high personal safety risks.Based on the summary of personal accidents over the past years,it is proposed to build a people-oriented three-dimensional defense line for personal safety from three aspects:standardized management,cultural construction and scientific and technological application.
