摘要
目的:讨论冠状动脉不同分支狭窄等级对应钙化斑块参数的最佳临界值。方法:收集142例临床拟诊冠心病病患的冠状动脉CT血管(CTA)和冠状动脉钙化(CAC)资料,测量冠状动脉分支和总体狭窄程度以及CAC参数值,使用Roc曲线图了解不同血管CAC参数曲线下面积,计算约登指数和临界值。结果:左冠状动脉前降支钙化积分(CACS)正常和轻度、中度和重度狭窄组的临界值分别是0.95、191.55;左冠状动脉回旋支临界值是0.75、136.7;右冠状动脉是0.3、161.9;轻度和中度狭窄组临界值无统计学意义。其它参数同CACS参数一样可以获得相应的临界值。结论:CAC各项参数最佳临界值评估冠状动脉不同分支的狭窄等级。
Objective:To discuss the optimal critical values of calcified plaque parameters corresponding to different grades of coronary artery stenosis.Methods:Coronary CT angiography(CTA)and coronary artery calcification(CAC)data of 142 patients with clinically suspected coronary heart disease were collected.The coronary artery branches,overall stenosis and CAC parameters were measured.The area under the curve of CAC parameters of different vessels was determined by Roc curve,and the Jorden index and critical value were calculated.Results:The critical value of left anterior descending coronary artery calcification score(CACS)in normal group and mild group,moderate group and severe group was 0.95 and 191.55,respectively.The critical values of left coronary artery circumflex branch were 0.75 and 136.7.The right coronary artery was 0.3,161.9;The critical value of mild and moderate stenosis group was not statistically significant.The other parameters can obtain corresponding threshold values as well as CACS parameters.Conclusion:The optimal cut-off values of CAC parameters were used to evaluate the stenosis grades of different branches of coronary artery.
