摘要
目的:探讨CDFI联合血清AFP、HSP90α水平对乳腺癌术前分期的诊断价值。方法:将172例乳腺癌、180例乳腺良性结节患者分别记作乳腺癌组、良性结节组,均行CDFI检查及血清AFP、HSP90α水平检测。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析上述指标联合对乳腺癌术前分期的诊断价值。结果:乳腺癌组CDFI血流Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级占比及血清AFP、HSP90α水平均高于良性结节组(P<0.05),且乳腺癌TNM分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者上述参数均高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05);三者联合对乳腺癌术前分期诊断的灵敏度和曲线下面积均高于单独诊断(P<0.05)。结论:CDFI联合血清AFP、HSP90α水平对乳腺癌术前分期具有良好的诊断效能。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of CDFI combined with serum AFP and HSP90αlevels in preoperative staging of breast cancer.Methods:172 cases of breast cancer and 180 cases of benign breast nodules were classified as breast cancer group and benign lesion group,and CDFI and serum AFP and HSP90αlevels were detected.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of the above indicators in preoperative staging of breast cancer.Results:The proportion of blood flow grade II,grade III of CDFI and the levels of serum AFP and HSP90αin the breast cancer group were higher than those in the benign nodules group(P<0.05),and the above parameters in patients with TNM stageⅢ~Ⅳof breast cancer were higher than those in patients with TNM stageⅠ~Ⅱ(P<0.05).The sensitivity and area under the curve of the three combinations in the diagnosis of preoperative staging of breast cancer were higher than those of single diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:CDFI combined with serum levels of AFP and HSP90αhas a good diagnostic efficacy for preoperative staging of breast cancer.
