摘要
为了改善网络安全态势评价的准确度低的问题,提出一种基于萤火虫算法(Firefly Algorithm,FA)对支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)(FA-SVM)模型进行优化的网络安全态势评价模型。首先,运用层次分析法从脆弱性、容灾性、威胁性和稳定性构建出一套网络安全态势评价指标体系。其次,为了解决SVM模型性的关键参数-受惩罚参数C和核函数参数g的对整体性能影响较大的问题,建立了基于萤火虫算法优化SVM的网络安全态势评价模型。与SVM、PSO-SVM、GA-SVM相比,文中提出的FA-SVM模型的网络安全态势评价精度最高,评价精度分别提升了2.83%、1.09%和1.04%。
In order to improve the accuracy of the network security situation assessment,a network security situation assessment model based on Support Vector Machine(SVM)optimized by Firefly Algorithm(FA)(FA-SVM)is proposed.Firstly,the analytic hierarchy process is used to construct a set of network security situation evaluation index system in view of vulnerability,disaster tolerance,threat and stability.Secondly,considering that the performance of the SVM model is affected by the choice of the penalty parameter C and the kernel function parameter g,a network security situation evaluation model based on SVM optimized by Firefly algorithm is established.Compared with SVM,PSO-SVM,and GA-SVM,the FA-SVM model proposed in the article has the highest network security situation evaluation accuracy,and the evaluation accuracy is respectively increased by 2.83%,1.09%,and 1.04%.
