摘要
传统的制冷空调试验装置使用采集器传递测量值的方式控制试验装置,当采集器出现故障,整个试验装置就无法正常运转。为使制冷空调试验装置长期稳定运行,本文设计一种带模拟量的PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)替代采集器对制冷试验装置中的温度、流量、压力等数据进行采集和分析。结果表明,带模拟量的PLC在制冷试验装置中应用可确保测控系统的稳定运行。
The traditional refrigeration and air-conditioning test device uses the collector to transfer the measured value to control the test device. When the collector fails, the entire test device can not operate normally. In order to make the refrigeration and air-conditioning test device run smoothly for a long time, the PLC(programmable logic controller) with analog quantity is designed to replace the collector to collect and analyze temperature, flow, pressure and other data in the system. The results show that the application of PLC with analog quantity in the refrigeration test device can ensure the stable operation of the measurement and control system.
