摘要
地源热泵系统在设计过程中除应满足建筑负荷需求,地埋管换热器与土壤的全年换热量还应达到热平衡要求,并兼顾系统经济性。本文以徐州市某住宅项目为例,设计地源热泵在不同供热比例下主要冷热源与辅助冷热源方案,阐述各方案下冷热源设备的选型方法,并采用运行系数对后期设备利用率及运行费用进行估算。通过比较各方案下的初投资、运行费用及冬夏季吸释热量不平衡率,认为地源井供热量为60%时投资回收期最短,为5.3年,此时冬夏季不平衡率为-6.21%,满足热平衡要求,为最优方案。
In the design process of the ground-source heat pump system,not only the demand of building load should be satisfied,but also the annual heat transfer capacity be-tween the buried pipe heat exchanger and soil should reach thermal equilibrium,further-more,the economic should be taken into consideration.Taking a residential project in Xuzhou as an example,the main and auxiliary cold and heat source schemes for ground-source heat pump system under different heating ratios are designed,and their equipment selection methods are also described.The utility ratio of equipment and operation cost at the later period are estimated using the operating factor.Through the comparison on the initial and operation cost,as well as the imbalance rate of the heat absorbed in the winter and released in the summer,it is considered that the optimal scheme can be obtained when the ground-source wells undertake 60%of the heating load,and the payback period is the shortest,which is 5.3 years,and the winter&summer imbalance rate is-6.21%,which satisfies the thermal equilibrium needs.
