摘要
在公路工程建设施工的过程中,工程的施工质量受公路勘察设计水平的直接影响,因此,公路工程勘察设计人员要严格遵守相关的规章制度,为公路工程勘察设计工作做好充分的准备工作,以确保公路工程勘察施工质量满足设计标准。为此,文章从公路工程勘察设计现状入手,针对总体设计重视不够、勘察市场缺乏正常的秩序、勘察技术落后、地质勘察工作针对性较差、专业人才缺失、勘察设计单位的内部机制不完善等问题提出了详细的应对策略,包括做好地质勘察前的准备工作、做好可行性研究阶段的工程地质勘察、加强各环节的地质勘察、建立健全公路勘察设计单位管理机制、加强对公路勘察设计人才的培养、引进良好的市场竞争机制,以此提升公路工程勘察设计水平。
In the process of highway engineering construction,the construction quality of the project is directly affected by the level of highway survey and design. Therefore, highway engineering survey and design personnel should strictly abide by relevant rules and regulations, and make full preparations for highway engineering survey and design work to ensure that the construction quality of highway engineering survey meets the design standards. To this end, starting from the current situation of highway engineering survey and design, this paper puts forward detailed coping strategies for problems such as insufficient attention to the overall design,lack of normal order in the survey market, backward survey technology, poor pertinence of geological survey, lack of professionals, and imperfect internal mechanism of survey and design units, including doing a good job of preparation before geological survey, doing a good job of engineering geological survey in the feasibility study stage, strengthening geological survey in each link, establishing and improving the management mechanism of highway survey and design units, strengthening the training of highway survey and design talents, and introducing a good market competition mechanism, so as to improve the level of highway engineering survey and design.
