摘要
采用碱洗提酚法富集船用燃料油中的酚类化合物,最佳富集条件为:萃取温度60℃,碱液质量浓度25%,碱洗方式按碱液总量先50%后50%两次碱洗。利用GC-MS对酚类化合物进行定性和定量分析。结果表明:在船用燃料中共鉴定出50多种酚类化合物,主要是低级酚和高级酚。低级酚单体主要有苯酚、甲基苯酚、二甲基苯酚及乙基苯酚,总量达40%以上。高级酚单体主要有三甲基苯酚、丙基苯酚等C_(3)~C_(4)酚,总量达20%以上,还有萘酚、菲酚、茚满酚、芴酚和联苯酚,总量达10%以上。
Phenolic compounds in marine fuel oil are enriched by alkaline washing extraction method. The optimum enrichment conditions are as follows: extraction temperature 60 ℃, alkali concentration 25%, alkali washing method 50%+50%. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of phenolic compounds are performed by GC-MS. The results show that more than 50 phenolic compounds are identified in marine fuel oil, mainly inferior and advanced phenolic monomers. The mainly inferior phenolic monomers mainly include phenol, methylphenol, xylenol and ethylphenol, with a total amount of more than 40%. Advanced phenolic monomers mainly include C_(3)~C_(4)phenols with a total amount of more than 20%, such as trimethylphenol and propyl phenol. There are also naphthol, phenanthrenol, indenol, fluorenol and diphenol with a total amount of more than 10%.
