摘要
习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想“是中华文化和中国精神的时代精华”,这一论断的提出有其历史和理论逻辑的必然性。具体展开可分为“三步”。第一步,提出中华优秀传统文化的创造性转化和创新性发展,这是在坚守中华文化立场的基础上,马克思主义基本原理与中华优秀传统文化发生互动反应而产生的新的、正确的中华文化发展的理念和方法,是构建中华新文化的基本原则。第二步,提出坚持把马克思主义基本原理同中国具体实际相结合、同中华优秀传统文化相结合,这是站在新时代的历史高度,统揽中华民族伟大复兴战略全局和世界百年未有之大变局,对中国马克思主义发展规律的新认识、新总结,是构建中华新文化的基本路径。第三步,提出“习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想是当代中国马克思主义、二十一世纪马克思主义,是中华文化和中国精神的时代精华”,使得“两创”和“两个结合”的思想得到了历史逻辑的延展和理论逻辑的提升,是马克思主义和中华文化相融合的新境界,成为构建中华新文化的指导思想。
Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is the essence of the era of Chinese culture and Chinese spirit,which proposes that it has its historical and theoretical logic.The specific development can be divided into“three steps”.The first step is to put forward the creative transformation and innovative development of China's excellent traditional culture,which is the concept and method of the development of new and correct Chinese culture produced by the interaction between the basic principles of Marxism and the excellent traditional Chinese culture on the basis of adhering to Chinese culture,and is the basic principle of building a new Chinese culture.The second step is to persist in integrating the basic principles of Marxism with China's specific reality and with China's excellent traditional culture,which is standing at the historical height of the new era.Taking charge of the overall situation of the great rejuvenation strategy of the Chinese nation and the great changes in the world that have not occurred in a hundred years,a new understanding and new summary of the development law of Chinese Marxism is the basic path for building a new Chinese culture.The third step is to put forward that“Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era is contemporary Chinese Marxism,Marxism in the 21^(th) century,and the essence of the era of Chinese culture and Chinese spirit”,so that the ideas of“two innovations”and“two combinations”have been extended by historical logic and enhanced by theoretical logic,which is a new realm for the integration of Marxism and Chinese culture,and has become the guiding ideology for building a new Chinese culture.
