摘要 为提高工业现场的信息化与智能化水平,提升工业信息安全领域的国产化水平,打破国外技术封锁,自主设计一种基于国产化的智能网关设备具有十分重要的意义。该文基于PK体系(PHYTIUM飞腾CPU,Kylin麒麟操作系统的软硬件平台),结合工业现场常用的各类工业现场通讯协议,设计实现了一种用于进行信息采集和协议转换的智能网关设备,该设备功能全面,且易于安装和维护,能够满足智慧工厂的信息化与智能化水平。现场经过测试表明,该设备系统性能稳定,实用可靠。 In order to improve the level of informatization and intelligence of industrial sites,improve the level of localization in the field of industrial information security,and break the blockade of foreign technologies,it is of great significance to independently design a domestically produced smart gateway device.Based on the PK system(PHYTIUM CPU and Kylin operating system),combined with various industrial field communication protocols commonly used in industrial fields,this paper designs and implements an smart gateway device for information collection and protocol conversion.The equipment is fully functional,easy to install and maintain,and can meet the informatization and intelligence level of smart factories.Field tests show that the system has stable performance,practical and reliable performance.
