基于精细化建模方法的栓接装配式基础有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对栓接装配式基础利用常规建模方法进行仿真分析时存在求解难收敛、结果误差大的问题,以ABAQUS为有限元分析工具,通过系统研究建模所需的材料本构模型、摩擦接触行为、螺栓模拟方法及理论,提出了1种面向栓接装配式基础的分析效率高、适用性强、能精确模拟构件间相互作用关系及力学状态的精细化建模方法,并基于具体实例,开展静力荷载下装配式基础的数值模拟与理论计算,通过对比分析基础柱中节点处关键构件上最大应力的仿真和理论计算结果,验证了提出的精细化建模方法的有效性和合理性,为相关结构设计和结构安全分析提供更加可靠的数值试验方法。 Aiming at the problem of difficult convergence and large error in the simulation analysis of bolted assembly foundation by using conventional modeling methods,taking ABAQUS as the finite element analysis tool,through the systematic study of the material constitutive model,friction contact behavior,bolt simulation method and theory required for modeling,a refined modeling method for bolted assembled foundation is proposed,which has high analysis efficiency,strong applicability and can accurately simulate the interaction relationship and mechanical state between components.Based on specific examples,the numerical simulation and theoretical calculation of assembled foundation under static load are carried out.By comparing and analyzing the simulation and theoretical calculation results of the maximum stress on the key components at the joints in the foundation column,the effectiveness and rationality of the refined modeling method proposed are verified,which provides a more reliable numerical test method for relevant structural design and structural safety analysis.
