摘要
设计了“铕—依诺沙星—邻菲罗啉配合物荧光探针的合成、光谱性质和应用”的化学综合性实验。实验融合了化学学科中的无机化学、分析化学、物理化学、有机化学和生物学学科中的细胞生物学等知识,实验中基本操作包括:配合物的合成与纯化,络合滴定分析稀土含量,配合物的电导、红外光谱和荧光光谱测量,以及组织荧光染色、显微荧光成像等。适合于化学专业高年级本科学生。通过教学实践,能够使学生将多学科知识融会贯通,并将所学知识与实际应用有机结合,提高创新能力。
The synthesis,spectral properties and application of europium-enoxacin-phenanthroline complex fluorescence probe were designed.The experiment integrates the knowledge of inorganic chemistry,analytical chemistry,physical chemistry and organic chemistry in chemical discipline and cell biology in biology discipline.The basic operation includes:synthesis and purification of the complex,analysis of rear earth content by complexometry,determination of conductance,IR spectrum and fluorescence spectrum for complex.It also includes fluorescence staining and microscopic fluorescence imaging of biological tissue,etc.The experiment is suitable for the senior students of chemistry.Through the teaching practice,it can help students to integrate the multi-disciplinary knowledge,combine the learned knowledge with the practical application,and improve the innovation ability.
