盘式制动器制动片数量对其温度场及应力场的影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 盘式制动器具有制动性能稳定、结构紧凑等优点,在采矿行业中,其作为矿用机械提升、回转、推压及行走机构的重要部件而被大量应用。在工作过程中,制动器会产生大量热量,对制动器的安全性、稳定性有重要影响。本文以设计应用于某矿用电铲提升机构的盘式制动器为例,通过建立其摩擦副的有限元模型,运用ABAQUS软件对盘式制动器典型的热-结构耦合工作过程进行仿真分析,探究了制动片数量对制动器温度及应力的影响,为制动器的设计及优化提供了依据。 The disc brake has the advantage of stable braking performance and compact structure.In the mining industry,it is widely used as an important part of the mine machinery’s lifting,rotating,pushing and walking mechanism.In the working process,the brake will produce a lot of heat,which has an important impact on the safety and stability of the brake.In this paper,taking the disc brake designed for the lifting mechanism of a mining electric shovel as an example,through the establishment of the finite element model of its friction pair,the typical coupled working process about thermal and structure of the disc brake is simulated and analyzed by using ABAQUS,and the influence of the number of brake pads on the brake’s temperature and stress is researched,which provides a basis for the design and optimization of the brake.
