基于销售数据的鞋服产品开发流程优化

摘要 为了积极应对错综复杂的鞋服领域商业环境,把握产品设计开发的核心竞争力,本文对产品开发的流程、销售数据进行充分研究和分析。结合我国鞋服产业的发展现状,总结出鞋服产品开发流程现状及不足。在了解销售数据含义及其在产品开发流程中的应用后,得出销售数据在鞋服产品开发流程中占据重要地位的结论,有针对性地对现有鞋服产品开发流程的不足提出若干改进方案。该探索有利于优化企业的鞋服产品开发流程。 In order to actively deal with the complex business environment in the field of shoes and clothing and grasp the core competitiveness of product design and development,this paper fully studied and analyzed the process and sales data of product development.Combined with the development status of China's shoe and clothing industry,the current situation and deficiencies of shoe and clothing product development process were summarized After understanding the meaning of sales data and its application in the product development process,itis concluded that sales data occupies an important position in the shoe and clothing product development process,and put forward some improvement schemes for the shortcomings of the existing shoe and clothing product development process The exploration of shoe and clothing product development process is conducive to the development of enterprises.
