摘要
以甘遂(Euphorbiakansui T.N.LiouexS.B.Ho)种子为试验对象,使用浓度为0~300 mmol·L^(-1)的NaCl、Na_(2)SO_(4)及NaHCO_(3)作为盐胁迫主要来源,测定甘遂种子复水前后的萌发相关指标和盐害指标,探究盐胁迫对甘遂种子萌发的影响.结果表明,NaCl和NaHCO_(3)处理下种子各项萌发指标均随相应盐溶液浓度的升高总体呈现持续下降的趋势,且NaHCO_(3)处理下种子活力指数显著偏低;Na_(2)SO_(4)处理下种子发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数均随盐浓度的升高呈现先升高后下降的特征,活力指数则持续降低;复水处理后,低浓度盐溶液处理的甘遂种子最终发芽率显著高于复水前发芽率,并且均不低于对照组;3种盐对甘遂种子的胁迫强度依次为:NaCl>NaHCO_(3)>Na_(2)SO_(4);在NaCl、Na_(2)SO_(4)和NaHCO_(3)的盐胁迫环境下,萌发阶段的甘遂种子对其耐受适宜浓度分别为109.00、318.00mmol·L^(-1)和140.00mmol·L^(-1).以上结果说明:不同盐胁迫均会影响甘遂种子的萌发进程,甘遂种子对Na_(2)SO_(4)的耐受性强于NaHCO_(3)和NaCl,低浓度的钠盐对甘遂种子萌发的抑制主要来源于渗透胁迫,具有暂时性.
Euphorbia kansui(Euphorbia kansui T.N.Liou ex S.B.Ho)seeds are adopted as the subjects of the experiment.NaCl,NaSO,and NaHCO at the concentration of 0~300 mmol·L are used as the primary source of salt stress.The indexes relating to germination and salt damage before and after rehydration of Euphorbia kansui seeds were tested,and the impact of salt stress on Euphorbia kansui seeds was explored.The results showed that after being processed by NaCl and NaHCO,indexes of seed germination declined along with the rises of salt concentration.The germination rate,potential and index of NaSOprocessed seeds first rised then decreased along with the increasing salt concentration,while vital indexes decreased constantly.After the process of rehydration,in the low saline concentration treated groups,the germination rates of Euphorbia kansui seeds were higher than the rates before rehydration,which were not lower than the control group.The stress levels of the three types of salt on Euphorbia kansui seeds were NaCl>NaHCO>NaSO.Under the salt stress of NaCl,NaSO and NaHCO,the tolerance concentration levels of Euphorbia kansui seeds during the germination were 109.00,318.00 mmol·L,and 140.00 mmol·L.The above results indicate that different levels of salt stress can influence the process of Euphorbia kansui seed germination.The restraint of low-concentration sodium salt on Euphorbia kansui seed germination is mainly caused by osmotic stress,which is temporary.
