摘要
文化建设是医院高质量发展先于行动的核心引领力,是推进医院治理体系和治理能力现代化的的哲学前提。山东中医药大学附属医院着力培植“乐群敬业,厚德怀仁”的核心价值体系,围绕“人本性的哲学观,学术性的根基观,社会性的使命观,国际化的动力观”办院理念,将中医文化的核心价值观贯穿于医院发展与医疗服务实践全过程,积极锻铸彰显中医特色的医院文化。
Culture construction is the core leading force of high-quality development ahead of action,and the philosophical premise of promoting the modernization of hospital management system and capacity.The Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine focuses on cultivating the core value system of“Dedication to work by happy people,Benevolence and virtue”,focusing on the running concept of“Philosophy of human nature,academic basic concept,social mission concept,international dynamic concept”,the core values of traditional Chinese medicine culture will run through the whole process of hospital development and medical service practice,actively casting hospital culture to highlight the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.
