摘要
近几年,快递业务发展迅速,快递公司绩效评价逐渐开始成为理论界和实务界关注的问题。文章将基于平衡计分卡,构建快递龙头企业的绩效评价体系,并采用熵值法分析影响对快递企业绩效评价的主要因素,最后根据分析结果提出提升快递企业绩效的建议。
In recent years,the rapid development of express business,express company performance evaluation has gradually become a theoretical and practical concern.In this paper,we will construct the performance evaluation system of the leading express enterprises based on the balanced scorecard,and analyze the main factors that influence the performance evaluation of the express enterprises by using the entropy method,finally,according to the analysis results;the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the performance of express enterprises.
