摘要
进入中国特色社会主义新时代,以习近平同志为核心的党中央把意识形态建设与坚定中国特色社会主义文化自信提到了新的战略高度。党的十九大报告进一步阐明了意识形态与文化发展性质和方向的一致性。意识形态建设是文化自信内蕴的本体问题,意识形态自信是文化自信的硬核。中国特色社会主义文化自信和社会主义文化强国战略,都有着鲜明的社会主义意识形态价值属性。坚持马克思主义在意识形态领域指导地位的根本制度,以深化意识形态建设来坚定和增强文化自信,才能为建成社会主义文化强国导航定向、凝心聚力。着眼思想文化多元化和马克思主义在意识形态领域的一元指导,要辩证地认识和把握新时代意识形态建设与坚定增强文化自信内在的逻辑同构性和价值内契性,从而不断开辟新时代意识形态建设的新境界,筑牢文化自信和文化强国的精神根基。
With China stepping into a new era in its drive for building socialism with Chinese characteristics,the CPC central committee with Xi Jinping at its core has promoted the construction of ideology and the strengthening of cultural self-confidence in socialism with Chinese characteristics to a strategic new height.The Report of the 19th Plenary Session of the CPC National Congress gave further explication to the consistency between the nature of ideological construction and direction that cultural development should follow.Ideological construction is an ontological issue in enhancing cultural selfconfidence,while ideological self-confidence is at the core of cultural self-confidence.Both cultural self-confidence and the strategy to build China into a culturally strong nation must take socialist ideolo⁃gy and values into account.It is only by adhering to the fundamental system guided by Marxism in the field of ideology and reinforcing and promoting cultural self-confidence and strengthening ideological construction that we can have the guidelines and converging force in building the culturally strong nation.While we are driving for diversified cultural pursuits,we must abide by the guidance of Marxism in the field of ideology,and dialectically recognize and grasp the logical connection and affinity of values between ideological construction and the effort to strengthen cultural self-confidence in the new era,so that we can continually make new achievements in the field of ideological construction and pro⁃vide strong spiritual back-up to our effort in reinforcing cultural self-confidence and building a culturally strong nation.
