摘要
在常规透气薄膜专用料配方的基础上加入球形导热填料氧化铝,以改善透气薄膜的导热性能。用双转子连续混炼机熔融混合后,借助流延设备和拉伸单元把透气薄膜专用料制成透气薄膜,分别研究了氧化铝含量和拉伸倍率对透气薄膜性能的影响。结果表明,当线形低密度聚乙烯(PE-LLD)/碳酸钙(CaCO_(3))/氧化铝的质量比为50/35/15时,选择200%~300%之间的拉伸倍率制备的透气薄膜,在保证薄膜力学性能和透气性能的前提下,导热系数比常规透气膜提高了60%以上。
A thermally conductive Al_(2)O_(3) filler with a spherical shape was incorporated into the conventional formula of spe‑cialized materials for breathable films to improve their thermal conductance.After melt mixing with a two rotor continu‑ous mixer,the composites were used to prepare breathable films using casting equipment equipped with stretching units.The effects of Al_(2)O_(3) content and stretch ratio on the performance of breathable films were investigated.The results indi‑cated that compared to the original formula,the breathable films achieved an increase in thermal conductivity by over 60%at a mass ratio of linear low‑density polyethylene/CaCO_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3) of 50/35/15 and a stretch ratio between 200%and 300%.However,there was no influence on their mechanical properties and breathability.
