摘要
整合医学是目前热门的医学研究和发展方向之一。如何将整合医学的理念带入本科生心血管病的教学过程中,目前仍无可以参考的方法、教材和课程设计。本文从整合医学的概念以及思想核心入手分析,并列举了整合医学在教学中应该整合什么以及如何整合。以心肌病实习小讲课为例,结合自身教学实践提出了一些具体的内容和方向。特别提出了如何在不改变现有课程体系下真正把整合医学思维的培养落到授课当中去,在不增加学员课业负担的同时又可提高授课效率一些具体方式、方法和方向。希望对从事心血管病教学的教员在教学过程中提高学员整合医学思维培养方面提供参考。
Holistic integrated medicine(HIM)is one of the hot points in the medical research and developmental directions at present.How to bring the concept of HIM into the teaching process of undergraduates,there are still no referential methods,teaching materials and curriculum design.Starting with the concept and ideological core of HIM,this paper analyzes and lists what should be integrated and how to integrate into the teaching.Taking the internship lecture on cardiomyopathy as an example,combined with our own teaching practice,this paper provides some specific contents and directions.Particularly,the paper provides some specific ways,methods and directions on how to really take the HIM thinking into teaching without changing the existing curriculum system,to improve the teaching efficiency without increasing the students’academic burden.It is hoped to provide reference for teachers engaged in cardiovascular disease teaching to improve the cultivation of students’HIM thinking in the teaching process.
