摘要
农村文化多元供给可满足村民多样化需求,减弱文化供需错位弊端。但农村文化多元供给对村民幸福感提升的作用效力差异,一直未被明确和证实。本文以来自天津市郊区农村的400位村民的幸福感为考量,采用Logistic模型对农村文化设施多元供给与文化活动多元供给的作用效力进行对比分析。结果显示:文化设施在影响村民幸福感时,“六大惠民工程”作用效力最佳、村里组织建设的文化补充设施作用效力较佳、村民自发建设的私性文化设施作用效力不佳;而文化活动在影响村民幸福感时,比赛活动的作用效力最佳、讲座活动的作用效力较佳、节庆活动的作用效力不佳。基于实证分析结果,就农村文化多元供给的结构性调整给出了对策与建议。
The multi-culture supplying in rural areas can meet the diversified needs of villagers and reduce the mismatch fault of culture supplying and demanding.However,the difference in the effect of rural multi-culture supplying on the improvement of villagers’well-being has not been identified and confirmed.Taking the well-being variable of 400 villagers from rural areas of suburban counties in Tianjin as consideration,this paper uses Logistic models to compare and analyze the effects of multi-supplying of rural culture facilities and activities.The results reveal that:(1)When culture facilities affect villagers’well-being,the national six projects for public benefits have the best effect,the culture supplementary facilities built by the village committee have the better effect,and the private culture facilities built by the villagers have the worst effect.(2)When culture activities affect villagers’well-being,competition activities have the best effect,lecture activities have the better effect,and festival activities have the worst effect.Based on the results of empirical analysis,countermeasures and suggestions for structural adjustment of multi-culture supplying are given in rural.
