摘要 电动轮自卸车车厢是装载货物的关键部件之一,其强度是否满载设计和使用要求是确保车辆正常工作的关键所在。为此,本文基于Hyperworks软件平台开展电动轮自卸车车厢强度有限元分析,计算了满载静止工况、满载制动工况、满载转弯工况和满载转弯制动工况下的应力分布情况并进行了强度校核,最终电动轮自卸车车厢的安全系数在四种工况下分别为10.50、9.87、4.16、3.95,满足设计要求和使用要求。 The carriage of electric wheel dumping truck is key component to carry freight, and its strength has to meet the design and using requirements for ensuring the normal operation of the vehicle. Based on the Hyperworks software platform, the strength finite element analysis of electric wheel dumping truck carriage was conducted, and the stress contour of full loading static condition, full loading braking condition, full loading turning condition and full loading turning braking condition was obtained to analyze the strength performance. The determined safety factor for four conditions was 10.50, 9.87, 4.16, 3.95, respectively, which finds that the designed carriage meets the design and using requirements.
