电解二氧化锰电极材料应用与研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 电解二氧化锰(EMD)是电池行业非常重要的化工原料。在电解二氧化锰工业中,电解阳极和阴极材料的选择是EMD生产工艺进行优化升级的前提,直接影响着EMD产品的品质和企业的经济效益。在电池市场迅速发展以及国家提出“双碳目标”的大环境下,优化核心生产部件及创新生产工艺是我国EMD行业在世界舞台上引领产业升级的必经之路。传统的电极材料已无法进一步满足EMD企业实现提质节能生产的发展需求,亟待新型关键材料的研究与突破,继而有力地支撑EMD行业进行技术升级。综述了EMD用阳极和阴极材料的最新研究进展,并对各类电极材料的特点做出简要的总结概括,同时对面向EMD生产用电极材料的研究与发展提出了设想与期望。 Electrolytic manganese dioxide(EMD)is an important chemical raw material in battery industry.In EMD industry,the anode and cathode are critical for optimizing the parameters of the EMD fabrication process.It also directly influences the quality of EMD products,as well as the economic benefits of enterprises.With the rapid development of the battery market and the“double carbon target”proposed by China,the only way to lead the industrial upgrading of EMD industry is to promote the core production components and innovative production processes.Traditional electrodes are difficult to meet the needs of EMD market for quality improvement and energy-saving production.It is urgent to solve this problem by developing new electrode materials so as to firmly support EMD industrial restructuring and technological upgrading.In this paper,the latest research progress of anode and cathode materials for EMD is reviewed,and the characteristics of various electrode materials are briefly summarized.At the same time,some expectations on the development of electrode materials for EMD production are put forward in advance.
