库仑滴定法快速测定电解二氧化锰硫酸根含量 被引量:1

A Rapid Determination of Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide Sulfate Content by Coulometric Titration

摘要 采用库仑滴定法,以三氧化钨做催化剂,炉温1153℃下测定电解二氧化锰中硫酸根含量,得到满意的检测结果。2个样品分别测定15次和11次平行样,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为2.73%和1.91%,2个样品分别做5个平行样的加标回收,加标回收率为91.4%~107.5%,与《无汞碱性锌-二氧化锰电池用电解二氧化锰》(QB/T 2629—2004)中硫酸钡重量法测定结果比较,2个样品相对偏差分别为-3.45%和-3.77%。方法环保、快速、设备便宜、成本低、操作简单方便,重复性好,结果准确,适用于电解二氧化锰硫酸根含量的快速测定,其应用前景广阔。 In this paper,we used the coulometric titration method to determine the sulfate content in electrolytic manganese dioxide with tungsten trioxide as the catalyst and the furnace temperature of 1153℃.We have obtained satisfactory detection results.The two samples were measured 15 times and 11 times parallel samples,the relative standard deviation of the determination results were 2.73%and 1.91%.The two samples were made 5 parallel samples of spiked recovery,the recovery of the standard was between 91.4%and 107.5%.The relative standard deviations of the two samples were-3.45%and-3.77%when compared with the results of the weight method of barium sulfate in QB/T 2629-2004.The method is environmentally friendly,rapid,cheap equipment,low cost,simple and convenient operation,good repeatability and accurate results.It is suitable for the rapid determination of the sulfate content of electrolytic manganese dioxide and its application is promising.
