摘要
苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂属于几丁质合成抑制剂,可通过抑制几丁质合成使昆虫变态受阻,导致死亡。在实际应用中,部分苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂会残留于土壤、水体和大气等环境中,直接或间接地对水生生物造成慢性毒害,最终随食物链进入人体,当累积到一定浓度时会对人体健康产生危害。目前,中国尚未制定该类杀虫剂在水产品中的限量标准,且缺乏其在中国水产养殖中的相关研究。为保障水产品质量安全和居民消费健康,避免因除虫脲等苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂超标导致水产品出口受阻产生的经济损失,本研究对苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂的残留风险及在水产养殖中的研究进展进行了总结与分析,阐明了苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂的理化性质、环境降解情况、毒性风险水平及残留限量标准,并介绍了该类杀虫剂在水产养殖中的相关研究,为中国水产品监管部门提供有效的数据基础和技术支撑。
As chitin synthetase inhibitors,benzoylurea insecticides(BUs)could prevent insect metamorphosis and result in their death.Some benzoylurea insecticides remained in soil,water,and air during practical application and caused direct or indirect chronic toxicity to aquatic organisms.Eventually,these BUs insecticides entered the human body and the food chain,which couldharm to the food chain and human health when accumulated to a certain concentration.At present,the limited standards of these insecticides in aquatic products have not been established in China.There is a lack of relevant research on the application of these insecticides in aquaculture in China.In order to ensure the quality and safety of aquatic products and consumer health and avoid economic losses from impeded exports of aquatic products caused by exceeding residues of diflubenzuron and other BUs,the residual risk of benzoylurea insecticides and their research progress in aquaculture were summarized and analyzed in this study.The physicochemical properties,environmental degradations,toxicity risk levels and residue limit standards of BUs were described.The application of these insecticides in aquaculture was also introduced to provide effective data basis and technical support for aquatic product supervision department.
