摘要
目的 分析探究仿真模型在妇产科护理教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年9月-2020年9月产科护理实习生36名为研究对象,依照学号顺序将其分为对照组与观察组,每组学生各18例,对照组实习生实施传统教学方法,观察组实习生实施仿真模型教学方法,分析对比两组实习生理论知识评分、实际操作技能评分以及教学方法满意度。结果 对照组实习生理论知识评分(81.26±3.15)与操作技能评分(79.10±2.12)显著低于观察组实习生理论知识评分(89.54±3.71)与操作技能评分(86.43±2.49);观察组实习生教学满意率(94.44%)显著高于对照组实习生教学满意率(72.22%);观察组系实习生临床护理考核成绩显著优于对照组。结论 仿真模型在产科护理教学应用效果显著,学生在仿真模型的协助下显著提高学习成效,增加学生实习授课满意度,值得在产科护理教学中广泛推广应用。
Objective To analyze and explore application effect of simulation model in obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching.Methods The paper chose 36 obstetric nursing interns from September 2019 to September 2020 as research subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group according to student number order,with 18 students in each group.Interns in control group were treatedwith traditional teaching method,and those in observation group with simulation model teaching method.Theoretical knowledge scores,practical operation skill scores and teaching method satisfaction degree were analyzed and compared between two groups.Results Scores of theoretical knowledge (81.26±3.15) and operational skills (79.10±2.12) in control group were significantly lower than observation group (89.54±3.71) and (86.43±2.49);teaching satisfaction degree of observation group (94.44%) was significantly higher than control group (72.22%);clinical nursing examination results of observation group were significantly better than control group.Conclusion Simulation model can achieve significant application effect in obstetric nursing teaching,can improve learning effect and increase satisfaction degree of students with practice teaching significantly,which is worthy of promotion and application in obstetric nursing teaching.
