摘要
无砟轨道的钢筋混凝土道床具有良好的结构纵横向稳定性、刚度均匀、轨道几何形位保持能力强等优点,保证了高速列车平稳运行,但无砟轨道拨接对施工时间和精度要求较苛刻。某车站基础病害整治设计分析比选了无砟、有砟轨道拨接多个方案,最终采用无砟轨道钢制承轨台拨接方案。对该拨接方案的轨道部件进行仿真计算分析,确保了该方案设计安全可靠。经过精心施工,实现了高速铁路无砟轨道在4.5h天窗内成功拨接,当天便开行了高速动车组;确保了基础病害整治期间,不影响客运专线运量。整治完成后,正线在天窗时间内回拨复位,在72h内高速动车组实现了300km/h达速运行。
The reinforced concrete track bed of ballastless track has the advantages of good structural vertical and horizontal stability,uniform stiffness,and strong track geometric position retention ability,which ensure the smooth operation of high-speed trains,but lining and joining of the ballastless track on the construction time and precision has strict requirements.Several schemes for lining and joining of ballastless and ballasted tracks were compared and selected during the design and analysis of basic disease treatment of a station.Finally,the ballastless rail support platform scheme was adopted.Simulation calculation and analysis of the track components ensures that the design is safe and reliable.After careful construction,the ballastless track of high-speed railway was successfully connected in the 4.5h skylight,high-speed EMU was opened on the same day.It ensures that the traffic volume of the special passenger line is not affected during the basic disease control period.Main ballastless track dials back within skylights time after the completion of the station renovation,high speed EMU achieves 300km/h speed within 72 hours.
