摘要
平台资本主义是通过对数字劳动成果的利用来实现财富快速积累的一种新的商业模式和组织形式。对平台资本主义的研究应聚焦在以下两个向度:数字劳动和数据资本权力。通过对数字劳动的分析,揭示平台对人的数字劳动的支配。在此基础上指出,平台资本主义运作的核心支点乃是数据资本权力。随着原子式的资本向比特式的资本转化,数据资本权力对人的支配以更加隐蔽的“图表化”方式进行,这加速了数字劳动者的相对贫困化趋势。基于对平台资本主义的分析与诊断,要促进中国数字经济的健康发展,应充分利用数据和数字技术,释放生产力发展与生产关系变革的潜能,强化数字经济的反垄断,推进数字经济与实体经济深度融合,在高质量发展中扎实推动共同富裕。
Platform capitalism is a new business model and organizational form that achieves rapid accumulation of wealth through the use of the fruits of digital labor.Researches on platform capitalism should focus on two dimensions:digital labor and data capital power.Through the analysis of digital labor,it reveals the domination of the platform over people’s digital labor.Based on this,it is pointed out that the core fulcrum of the operation of platform capitalism is data capital power.With the transformation of atomic capital into bit-like capital,the domination of data capital power over people is carried out in a more covert“charted”manner,which accelerates the relative impoverishment trend of digital workers.Based on the analysis and diagnosis of platform capitalism,in order to promote the healthy development of China’s digital economy,we should make full use of data and digital technology,release the potential of productive force development and production relation changes,strengthen the anti-monopoly of the digital economy,and promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy so as to solidly promote common prosperity with high-quality development.
