Objective Through the clinical treatment of flexor tendon stenosing tenosynovitis, small needle knife combined with local injection for treatment of this disease,to observe the clinical effect of this combined treatment on flexor tendon stenosing tenosynovitis. Methods The non-counting method was used to select 80 patients with flexor tendon stenosing tenosynovitis in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021,and divided them into two groups, namely the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40),to compare the clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients by implementing different treatment measures.Results(1)The VAS scores of the two groups of patients before treatment were not statistically different(P>0.05).After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups of patients were reduced, and the VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);(2)The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%,and the total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 77.50%.In contrast, the former was much higher than the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of flexor tendon stenosing tenosynovitis, the two groups of treatment methods are combined with small needle knife and local injection. The clinical treatment effect is ideal, the operation is simple, and the safety is high.It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
