摘要
目的探讨肝癌介入患者发生并发症的影响因素及护理对策。方法研究对象为我院在2019年11月-2020年11月收治的130例肝癌介入治疗患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,统计其治疗后并发症发生情况,同时分析可能会影响其治疗后发生并发症的相关因素及护理对策。结果130例患者共计50例(38.46%)患者发生并发症,其中并发症发生率前三者依次为胸腔积液(11.54%)、肺部感染(8.46%)以及肝功能衰竭(6.15%)。单因素分析结果显示性别、肿瘤部位以及体重指数和患者并发症的发生无明显关系(P>0.05),年龄、TNM分期、血清白蛋白、糖尿病以及肝硬化和患者并发症的发生存在密切关系(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示影响肝癌介入患者发生并发症的独立危险因子分别为年龄、TNM分期、血清白蛋白、糖尿病以及肝硬化(P<0.05)。结论对于肝癌介入治疗患者,影响其发生并发症的独立危险因素分别为年龄、TNM分期、血清白蛋白、糖尿病以及肝硬化,根据相关危险因素制定相应的护理对策对降低患者并发症的发生具有积极作用。
Objective To discuss the influencing factors and nursing countermeasures of complications in patients with liver cancer intervention.Methods The subjects of the study were 130 patients undergoing interventional therapy for liver cancer admitted in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and the incidence of complications after treatment was counted.At the same time,the analysis may affect the post-treatment related factors and nursing countermeasures for complications.Results A total of 50 patients(38.46%)of 130 patients had complications.The top three complications were pleural effusion(11.54%),lung infection(8.46%)and liver failure(6.15%).The results of univariate analysis showed that gender,tumor location and body mass index were not significantly related to the occurrence of patient complications(P>0.05),and age,TNM stage,serum albumin,diabetes,and liver cirrhosis were closely related to the occurrence of patient complications(P<0.05).The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the independent risk factors affecting the complications of interventional liver cancer patients were age,TNM stage,serum albumin,diabetes and liver cirrhosis(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing interventional therapy for liver cancer,independent risk factors that affect their complications are age,TNM staging,serum albumin,diabetes,and liver cirrhosis.The formulation of corresponding nursing strategies based on related risk factors has a positive effect on reducing the incidence of complications.
