摘要
通过对某煤气化装置检维修过程中煤粉泄漏自燃烧伤事故的技术分析,从本质安全设计出发,消除煤粉泄漏自燃事故隐患,筑牢安全生产防线,对煤粉锁斗的检维修清粉作业提出看法和建议,为粉煤气化工艺的煤粉锁斗检维修提供参考。
With the technical analysis for the accident of personal injury by spontaneous combustion due to coal powder leakage occurred in the maintenance for coal gasification equipment,it was indicated in this article that the design with essential safety is necessary so as to remove the lurking perils,such as spontaneous combustion from coal powder leakage,and ensure the protection for safety.Some opinions and proposals for the examination and maintenance of coal powder lock hopper were then presented,which may be referenced in the maintenance of the same equipment.
