摘要
目的:基于环境温度和测量距离因素,研究其对红外额温计测量准确性的影响。方法:模拟红外额温计在户外较低温度(<15℃)、常规室内温度(16~26℃)和户外较高温度(>26℃)的条件下,使用不同的测量距离,对人体正常温度(36~37.5℃)、发热(>37.5℃)和高烧(>39℃)状态的体温测量,分析测量结果的准确性。结果:当环境温度为23℃、测量距离0 cm时,测量结果符合最大允许误差为±0.2℃的要求,而10℃环境温度下,在测量目标温度38.5℃和40.5℃时出现设备报错现象。随着测量距离的增加,测量结果的波动度变大,测量结果数据下偏差越来越明显。环境温度10℃下的最大误差由-0.4℃增加至-9.2℃,环境温度23℃下的最大误差由-0.3℃增加至-3.7℃,环境温度30℃下的最大误差由-0.4℃增加至-2.4℃。结论:环境温度和测量距离会对红外额温计的测量准确性带来影响。环境温度超过说明书规定的工作温度范围则会引发红外额温计异常或报错。随着测量距离的增加,测量结果的稳定性变差,测量准确性显著降低。
Objective:To study the influence of ambient temperature and measuring distance on the accuracy of measurement of infrared frontal thermometer based on the factors of them.Methods:This study conducted the measurement of infrared frontal thermometer through adopted different measuring distance for the body temperatures at the situations of normal temperature(36-37.5℃),fever(>37.5℃)and high fever(>39℃)under simulating the different conditions of users included outdoor lower temperature(<15℃),routine indoor temperature(16-26℃)and outdoor higher temperature(>26℃).And then,the accuracy of measuring results was further analyzed.Results:The measurement results met the requirement that the maximum permissible error should be±0.2℃when the ambient temperature was 23℃and the measuring distance was 0 cm.The device occurred mistakes when the temperatures of measurement objective were 38.5℃and 40.5℃under ambient temperature with 10℃.The fluctuation of measurement results increased with the increasing of distance,and the lower deviation of the data of measurement results was more and more obvious.The maximum error increased from-0.4℃to-9.2℃at the ambient temperature of 10℃,and that increased from-0.3℃to-3.7℃at the ambient temperature of 23℃,and that increased from-0.4℃to-2.4℃at the ambient temperature of 30℃.Conclusion:Ambient temperature and measuring distance can affect the accuracy of the measurements of infrared frontal thermometer.The infrared frontal thermometer would occur abnormity or report error if the ambient temperature exceeds the range of operating temperature that is specified by instruction book.And the stability of measurement results would decrease with the increasing of measuring distance,and the accuracy of measurement would be significantly reduced.
