摘要
针对传统以PLC为核心的煤矿通风系统处置速度慢、易受环境影响、可视化及交互性能不强的问题,提出了以CAN总线为主网络,地面和井下两层控制的煤矿智能通风系统。系统在通风机不同位置设置传感节点,井下以节点和分站两级传输,通过以太网实现井下数据快速传输和指令下达,并设计了监控界面,便于快速掌握节点状态,控制通风机,确保系统安全运行。
Aiming at the problems of traditional coal mine ventilation system with PLC as the core,such as slow disposal speed,easy to be affected by the environment,weak visualization and interaction,a coal mine intelligent ventilation system with CAN bus as the main network and two-layer control on the ground and underground was proposed.The system sets sensor nodes at different positions of the fan.The underground is transmitted by nodes and substations.The underground data is transmitted quickly and instructions are issued through Ethernet.The monitoring interface is designed to quickly grasp the node status,control the fan and ensure the safe operation of the system.
