摘要
我国重视医院管理模式的研究,现代医院的规模随着时间的推移不断扩大,对应的就医人数表现出了逐年增长的趋势,导致医院内部拥挤不堪。受传统医院管理模式的影响,当前的医院管理存在较多的问题,例如就医环境拥挤、就医设备缺乏等,已经威胁到了医院的形象,极大程度上降低了就医体验。另外,正是由于医院管理模式的不合理,使得诊疗服务效率不断下降,引发了一系列的医疗纠纷。由此可见,医院管理模式对于医院的发展至关重要,需要重点研究。为了确保医院的长远发展,首先需要做的是革新管理理念,例如引进6S管理模式,为医院创造舒适的诊疗环境。
China attaches great importance to the study of hospital management mode.As the scale of modern hospitals continues to expand over time,the corresponding number of medical patients shows a trend of increasing year by year,resulting in crowded hospitals.Affected by the traditional hospital management mode,there are many problems in the current hospital management,such as crowded medical environment and lack of medical equipment,which have threatened the image of the hospital and greatly reduced the medical experience.In addition,it is precisely because of the unreasonable management mode of the hospital,the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment service continues to decline,resulting in a series of medical disputes.It can be seen that hospital management mode is of great importance to the development of hospitals and needs to be focused on.In order to ensure the long-term development of the hospital,the first thing to be done is to innovate the management concept,for example,the introduction of 6S management mode,to create a comfortable diagnosis and treatment environment for the hospital.
