摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病已成为一个重要的公共卫生问题,早发现、早诊断、早干预、早治疗是其防控工作的核心。文章采用SWOT分析方法通过分析应用物联网医学技术建立呼吸慢病大数据中心和分级诊疗系统的优势和劣势、机会与挑战,提出开展慢阻肺规范化管理模式工作的发展策略和措施,为更好地开展工作提供支持。通过开展优势、劣势、机会和威胁的各要素交叉分析,可生成物联网分级诊疗管理模式的SWOT矩阵,明确了应发挥内部优势、抓住机遇、应对挑战,利用物联网医疗技术下慢性阻塞性肺疾病分级诊疗管理模式,通过智能化呼吸慢病大数据中心对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者进行规范化、全程化和智能化的干预管理,改变其不良生活方式,提高生活质量。最终改变数据孤岛,实现医疗资源上下贯通,实现早诊早治、早干预、早康复的目标,真正促进实现慢阻肺患者自我管理有效性和延续性。 COPD has become an important public health problem,early detection,early diagnosis,early intervention,early treatment is the core of its prevention and control.SWOT analysis method was adopted to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of establishing a big data center for chronic respiratory disease and a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system using Internet of Things medical technology,and development strategies and measures for the standardized management mode of COPD were proposed to provide support for better work.Through the cross-analysis of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,the SWOT matrix of Internet of Things hierarchical diagnosis and treatment management mode can be generated,and it is clear that internal advantages should be taken into full play,opportunities should be seized,challenges should be addressed,and the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment management mode of COPD should be utilized under Internet of Things medical technology.Through the intelligent big data center for chronic respiratory disease,standardized,whole-process and intelligent intervention management will be carried out for patients with COPD,so as to change their bad lifestyle and improve their quality of life.Finally,the data island will be changed to realize the linkage of medical resources,early diagnosis and treatment,early intervention and early rehabilitation,and truly promote the effectiveness and continuity of self-management for COPD patients.
